Manpower Policy

PJSC Azovmash is follower of world tendencies in the field of improvement of production technologies, products, material and technical support. During its dynamic development the enterprise effectively use procured resources. First of all it is human resources, as they ensure potential of each production.

The goal of enterprise manpower policy is creation of favourable conditions for professional growth of working people, training of team actions skills, and forming of employment pool.

Manpower policy of the enterprise, its strategy and plans are regulated by the quality management system, developed as per GOST ISO 9001, Enterprise Standard STP 00.342-2012 “Staffing”, Collective Agreement, Regulations about Personnel Management that cover all aspects of human recourses activity.

One of the main directions of manpower policy is consolidation of labour force at the enterprise. This consolidation includes activity for improvement of working places, permanent assessment of equipment functional state, analysis of correspondence of working places to labour safety requirements, regular valuation of stimulation methods and increase of their effectiveness.

HR plans ensure principal of equal opportunities to all personnel. It means the following:

    • not only specialist with operational experience, length of service and necessary qualification may obtain a position at the enterprise, but everyone, who wants to realise his/her labour potential by means of training at enterprise production bases and further activity in solving of technical, economic and social problems of the enterprise may become our employee;
    • Council of Tutors and School of Trainees help young workers to adapt and consolidate at their working places;
    • cooperation with professional and technical colleges and institutions of higher education allows to educate personnel according to corporate culture and enterprise traditions;
    • for realisation of creative potential and development of business activity of employees they are involved in participation of production tasks solving by work collective at the level of management.

Enterprise general strategy is directed at ensuring of stable and continuous operation, constant increase of products competitiveness, increase of production and sales, manufacturing application of new progressive technologies, technical reequipment of production. This strategy is in close connection with main directions of manpower policy, including search and selection of employees, who are professionally competent in production technologies and seek precise and qualitative achievement of assigned tasks, as well as maximum realisation of labour potential.

 All aspects of manpower policy, including employment, transfer, training (professional development) and discharge of personnel is carried out strictly according to current legislation. Collective Agreement of the enterprise stipulates guarantees and social and living benefits additional to current legislation and agreements.

Administration of the enterprise guarantees the following: free of charge primary (before employment) medical examination, free time for medical examinations (periodical and prophylactic). Employees of the enterprise receive one-time material assistance as per regulation about order of render of one-time material assistance to employees in connection with marriage, childbirth, anniversary birth date, as well as about order of render of one-time material assistance during employment of person who was transferred to the reserve after national service in Armed Forces. 

With purpose of health improvement employees of the enterprise and their families annually receive sanatorium and tourist vouchers both of social complex of the enterprise and of sanatorium infrastructure of Ukraine with partial payment at the expense of the enterprise.

All conditions were created for complete recreation of the employees, including city’s single skating-ring, where different competitions are held; bowling, café; park, where concerts and disco take place in summertime; Palace of Culture Iskra, employees and performance groups of which regularly give concerts, contests, and performances for children.
