Azovmash is ready to design, manufacture and delivery to the Customers the modern machines for relining converters of any capacities and designs equipped with aeration system for the vessel working space, two way radiotelephony communication, safety instruments meeting the latest requirements of the human engineering. The machine is intended for mechanical operations when performing the relining of converter with solid bottom.
The machine is installed above the converter on the rail track of the caisson hauling car. The relining materials are supplied inside the converter by the cradle with aid of rope hoist. The relining is carried out from the two platforms which are moved by the hoist along all length of converter working space.
The machine is controlled from the pulpit located on the machine bridge.
