The rotary stationary car tipper two-support with the slewing angle of 190° (ВРСД - 75 – 190) is intended for the discharging of the humid (22,5% and higher) clay-containing coal slack from the railway open top cars with load-carrying capacity of 69, 71 and 75 ton be means of their turnover in the rotating rotor.
The delivering and installation of the open top cars on the car tipper rotor platform is carried out with aid of the car pusher. The discharging is performed on the vibrating grids of the receiving hoppers.
The rotor movable car tippler two-support (ВРПД - 93 - 190) is intended for the discharging of the bulk materials from the railway open top cars with load-carrying capacity of 69, 71, 75 and 93 ton by means of their turnover at the angle of 190° in the rotating rotor.
The rotor with the open top car installed in it is moved on the trucks over bridge to the discharging place.
The delivering of the open top cars and installation them on the rotor platform is carried out with aid of car pusher over dead floors connected with the bridge.
