SUBLANCE FOR MEASUREMENT OF THE SMELTING PARAMETERS (for the converter of 300t)
Purpose:
The sublance for measurement of the smelting parameters is intended for:
- dipping of the probe in the hot metal measurement zone in the converter;
- signal adjustments of the measuring probe sensors and information output to the main operating station of converter;
- lifting of the measurement probe from the converter after sampling of metal;
- removal of the probe from lance and its delivery with metal sample into the sample derivation of the used samples;
- charging the measuring lance with new probes from the working platform;
- performing the heat without tilting of the converter;
- reduction of heat time, ensuring the safe work of personnel.
