To improve the organization of recreation rest for the employees of the enterprises of the “Azovmash” group it was adopted the decision on the foundation of the affiliate company “AM-Kurort” LLC uniting under its management the recreation and tourists centres incorporated into the structure of PJSC “Azovobschemash” and PJSC “MZTM”.

“AM-Kurort” LLC has incorporated under its management the Tourist –Executive complex (TEC) “Azovye” situated in Sopino of Novoazovsk district in Donetsk region, the holiday centre “Mashinostroitel” (Yuriyevka, Pershotravnevyy district of the Donetsk region) and the tourist centre “Alaniya” situated in Arkhyz village of Karachay-Cherkess autonomous republic (RF).

Founder members in equal proportions are the main companies of the Group, namely PJSC “Azovobschemash” and PrJSC “Azovelektrostal”.

Oleg Samoylov, the Director of BC “Azovmash” Ltd. has been appointed the Director of “AM-Kurort” LLC.

The Supervisory Board has been selected; its head is Oleg Ivanyushenko, the Director on the corporate rights of the Managing Company “Azovmashinvest Holding”, the Deputy General Director of PJSC “Azovmash”. The members of the Supervisory Boards are Andrey Malyuga, the Director on Economic affairs and Finances of PJSC “Azovmash” and Yuriy Plato, the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of PJSC “Azovmash”.

According to the decision of the managing board of “Azovmashinvest Holding” the recreation rest upon subsidized sanatoria and holiday-homes vouchers for the employees, veterans and their family members of the Holding companies alongside with the selling of the commercial vouchers is provided.

This summer the new corporation of the recreation and tourists centers of “Azovmash” will provide the possibility to have a recreation rest and holiday both for the Azovmash employees and for anyone who wishes to buy a commercial voucher”, Oleg Ivanyushenko said. “The work on making the rest more comfortable and interesting is going on. The foundation of “AM-Kurort” is a new way to manage and control the efficiency of the social policy developed by Aleksandr Vladimirovich Savchuk.
